It's my favorite breakfast, French toast! Usually I use white bread for French toast, but today I tried using Italian loaf. I had some leftover from last night's dinner and wanted to use. This gave me an opportunity to try something new. This recipe is the same as normal white bread.
First, combine eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla essence. Mix well. Just combine and mix. It's pretty easy for kids, isn't it? After kids help mommy, kitchen gets a little messy though.....it's okay.
Next, place slices of Italian loaf in a container and microwave them for a minute to soak bread well in milk mixture. Then flip them over and microwave them for another minute.
Place the slices of Italian bread on the pan.

< Ingredients>
Italian loaf(bread) 6 - 8 slice
Milk 2cups
Egg 6
sugar 2TBS
Vanilla essence 1TBS

<Instructions>
1. Combine milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla essence in a bowl. Mix well.
2. Place slices of Italian loaf in a container and microwave them for a minute to soak bread well in milk mixture. Then flip them over and microwave them for another minute.
3. warm pan to around 350-375 and then put butter on it.
4. Place the slices of Italian bread on the pan.
